Pathways - Next Door, Hextable

Pathways sees Surrey-based artist, Hannah Grist, capturing the romance and wilderness of the countryside in an abstract, lyrical manner. Rather than depicting precise details, she uses paint to evoke sensations - seeking to express the exhilaration of being immersed in nature. Her sweeping brushstrokes carry the sound and touch of the wind as it stirs the trees and brushes against the skin, while soft, indistinct horizons hint at journeys yet to unfold.

Through her work, Hannah invites viewers to feel the rhythm and embrace of the natural world - to step outside, wander along hidden green paths, and rediscover their connection to the landscape.
